Position: Production Assistant
Approx. 25–40 hours/week

HD Design Shop is looking for a creative, crafty and detail-oriented person to join our team!

This is a hands-on position helping with the day-to-day production of custom apparel and orders.

Some of the job duties include:
Cutting and preparing printed designs
Sorting and organizing customer orders
Pressing shirts and apparel
Working with vinyl – cutting, weeding & applying
Organizing and maintaining apparel stock
Keeping the production/work area organized
Helping with other day-to-day shop tasks as needed

The right person will be:
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace
Positive at following instructions and keeping track of multiple orders
Willing to learn!

Experience with heat pressing, vinyl, custom apparel or similar work is definitely an asset, but not required — I’m happy to train the right person.

Starting wage: $18/hour

Sombra, Ontario

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
