Betrayal Trauma Therapist — Part-Time | Virtual + Some In-Person | Ontario

We are a growing, mission-driven therapy practice specializing in betrayal trauma and infidelity recovery. We're looking for a skilled, compassionate therapist to join our team — someone who brings both clinical excellence and genuine heart to this deeply meaningful work.

This role begins part-time, with the option to move into a full-time caseload if that's the right fit for you.

What You'll Do
Provide trauma-informed individual and couples therapy to clients navigating infidelity and betrayal trauma
Work primarily via teletherapy, with some in-person sessions required
Support clients through disclosure, trust repair, and relational healing
Optionally participate in group counselling programming

Required Qualifications
Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist, or Registered Social Worker (MSW) registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) training
Formal trauma training (EMDR, ART, or equivalent)
Comfort with teletherapy and electronic documentation

You focus on the clinical work and we handle the rest. We provide consistent referrals, full marketing and systems support, and a professionally managed intake process so you can focus on what you do best.

Compensation: $100 to $210/hour depending on experience and caseload
