Deliver seamless reception and service to students seeking assistance
Schedule exams and coordinate accessibility services
Process Early Alert requests and manage client files
Assist with the training of new staff and student assistants
Develop and maintain effective communication systems Requirements:
High School diploma with additional post-secondary education
At least four years of related work experience
Robust detail-oriented approach in office tasks
Capacity to manage sensitive situations with care
