Design and implement onboarding and training programs
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
Deliver training on equipment, safety, and service standards
Track employee training progress and certifications
Support compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in training or safety
Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety is a plus
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and training management systems
