As a key member of the Energy and Resources team, you will be responsible for leading creative design projects focused on the mining sector. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables while promoting your own skilled growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural analysis and design efforts on mining projects
Develop and implement design models through sketches and software
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations




Train and mentor junior engineers and designers
Participate in project specification preparation and quality control Requirements:
Skilled Engineer registration in Canada, with multiple jurisdiction readiness
Proficiency in design software, particularly STAAD.Pro
Extensive knowledge of relevant structural codes
Strong communication and project management skills
