In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring prescription integrity and accuracy while upholding customer service excellence. You'll oversee Pharmacy Assistants and assist in seamless dispensary operations to advantage our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Receive and accurately transcribe verbal prescriptions
Verify the authenticity and completion of prescriptions
Conduct final checks for prepared prescriptions
Support the dispensary and front store operations
Observe and instruct Pharmacy Assistants on tasks Requirements:
Hold a current Regulated Pharmacy Technician licence
Robust customer service and communication abilities
Experience in pharmacy dispensary settings preferred
Familiarity with Kroll is a plus
