The ideal candidate will have over five years of agency recruitment experience and a solid grasp of using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS platforms.

You will conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates’ technical skills and career goals while managing their journey through the interview process and offer stages. Building long-term relationships with candidates and client organizations is critical. Key Responsibilities:
