Associate is essential to maintaining our commitment to putting people before profits. You’ll assist with daily banking transactions, foster relationships, and ensure members receive tailored financial solutions. Your proactive engagement will help members feel empowered about their financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare documentation for member meetings with Financial Advisors
Review accounts for errors and compliance issues
Open and analyze current member accounts thoroughly
Support loan application processes and follow-up communications
Accurately process financial transactions including withdrawals Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in retail banking
High school diploma mandatory; diplomas in Finance beneficial
IFIC certification preferred but not mandatory
Solid engagement with community initiatives
