The Resident

Assistant position is vital for enhancing the quality of care within the Seniors' Health Centre. By assisting nursing staff, you'll contribute to residents' daily living requirements while ensuring adherence to health regulations. Building meaningful connections with residents is essential, as your interactions will support their overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care support under nursing supervision
Perform designated care procedures effectively




Communicate with elders and healthcare team members
Uphold health and safety standards consistently
Participate actively in a collaborative care workplace Requirements:
PSW certificate from an accredited college required
Registered with HSCPOA and in positive standing
Experience in long-term care preferred
Skills in Point of Care (POC) are a plus
