The successful candidate will manage operations at our Early On Child & Family Centres, providing vital support to families and facilitating growth through play-based learning.

You will work closely with educational staff and parents to foster positive interactions and help children transition to kindergarten with confidence and skill. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily activities in line with Board policies
Promote an engaging and collaborative parent-child experience
Ensure consistent, high-quality programming based on research




Foster a welcoming and respectful setting
Compile attendance records and manage administrative tasks Requirements:
Early Childhood Education Diploma with two years of relevant experience
Robust background in family literacy and child education
Proven organizational and communication skills
Understanding of inclusive educational practices
