Corporate Paralegal . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to work on a variety of corporate matters within a collaborative and team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities

Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents for complex corporate transactions Handle corporate governance matters for corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures Prepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amalgamations, name changes, share transactions, and director/officer changes Conduct and review corporate searches, including BC Online, PPR, tax, and employment-related searches Manage filings with corporate registries, including BC and federal jurisdictions Prepare and maintain corporate records, including minute books Conduct due diligence reviews for asset and share purchase transactions Assist with deficiency reporting and follow-up Respond to client inquiries and manage routine corporate matters independently Provide support to lawyers, students,



and internal teams on corporate matters Qualifications & Experience

Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution Minimum 4 years of experience as a corporate/commercial paralegal in a Canadian law firm Strong working knowledge of BC corporate processes and registries Experience with BC Online and corporate filings across jurisdictions Advanced proficiency in NetDocs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills What You Bring
