The duties and responsibilities of the position includes, but not limited to:
- bake various types of cakes, and decorate them,
- bake all sorts of desserts and pastries, and beautifully plate them.
- work with other staff members to coordinate actions and meet the store's demands on the spot.
- serve customers interchangeably with other staff members
The ideal candidate will have baking and decorating experience,
will have a good understanding of the science behind the baking and will be able to adjust and make spontaneous decisions. While on-the-job-training will be provided, this position is most suitable for experienced pastry chefs and cake decorators. Intermediate level of English is a must in order to communicate with others and customers.
The candidate must have flexible schedule and be available especially on the weekends.
