What You'll Do

As an experienced barista at MOTW Coffee & Pastries, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that keep our café running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Crafting high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Operating the POS system to efficiently process customer transactions.
- Multitasking to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by washing dishes, cleaning floors, and tidying the lobby and bathrooms.
- Restocking inventory to ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and skills:




- At least 1 year of prior barista experience—you know your way around an espresso machine and can whip up a latte like a pro.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of restocking and daily operations.
- Strong multitasking skills to juggle multiple tasks in a busy café environment.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Familiarity with operating a POS system.
