goeasy Ltd in Mississauga is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations (HR) Specialist to partner with management in applying company policies and employment law. You will support performance management, investigations, leaves, and HR initiatives in a high-growth workplace. The role requires a university/college HR degree, 1–3 years ER experience, and fluency in English and French.

We offer a flexible, hybrid work model with three days onsite weekly at our Mississauga office.
