Contract Details

- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension based on business needs and performance)
- Pay Rate: C$76.00–C$92.00 / Hour (CAD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day; opportunity for additional hours (must be approved before working)
- Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary

This is a Business Systems Analyst role supporting workforce and Identity Access Management (IAM) — specifically authentication and authorization — within a large enterprise environment. The position is a backfill and project support engagement within a team of 27 people. The contractor will spend approximately four hours per day in meetings, interact primarily with internal stakeholders (minimal external), and will not have access to customer data. This is a great opportunity to work within IAM at an enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Support workforce and identity management initiatives related to authentication and authorization
- Collaborate with a team of 27 people across IAM-related project and backfill work
- Engage primarily with internal stakeholders (minimal external interaction)
- Hit timelines and deadlines; meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining quality of work
- Participate in meetings averaging approximately 4 hours per day

Required Skills

- 10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Very in-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Enterprise-level setting experience — banking or financial institution experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Detail oriented

Preferred Skills

- Agile or PM certifications (PM is preferred)
- Strong Agile experience
- Enterprise-level banking or financial institution experience (preferred over other industries)





Education Requirements

- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Agile and/or PM certifications are an asset

Required Experience

- 10 years of overall Business Systems Analyst experience
- Demonstrated experience in workforce and identity management (authentication and authorization)
- Experience working within enterprise-level environments

Nice-to-Have Experience

- Banking or financial institution experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Project management background

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days work from home — potential for 4 days on-site in the future
- Anchor days are fairly flexible
- No rotation required
