? Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – NICE Actimize (AML/BSA)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on NICE Actimize experience to support Financial Crimes Compliance / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technology initiatives.
? Key Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on NICE Actimize configuration/support experience
- Strong Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) knowledge
- Experience with Actimize workflows, Case Management, Workflow Designer, alert routing & disposition
- Knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)
- Understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, gap analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical/problem-solving skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Actimize fraud detection workflow experience
- SQL / data analysis experience
- Banking, financial services or fintech background
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification
