Evertz Microsystems is seeking a highly organized skilled to support the sales team in presales with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role requires coordinating meetings with sales, internal departments, and customers to ensure explicit SLA offerings and alignment across teams.

You will review RMAs, attend service reviews, and escalate tickets with management, engineering, and production as needed, while maintaining SLA spares records and supporting renewals.
