Elevate user experiences at Clipboard as an Onboarding Expert. Support healthcare professionals in their onboarding journey and help them succeed from day one.

In your role as an Onboarding Expert, you will ensure recent users have exceptional onboarding experiences while using the Clipboard app. This remote position focuses on making outbound calls, conducting onboarding consultations, and providing essential follow-up support to users. You'll work closely with recent healthcare professionals to understand their needs and guide them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make approximately 60 outbound calls each day
• Host daily 15-minute onboarding consultations
• Follow up with users to answer their questions




• Manage inbound messages and answer support tickets
• Keep accurate documentation of all communications

Requirements:
• Proficient in English for clear communication
• Robust interpersonal skills and a love for helping others
• Organized with an ability to follow through on tasks
• Ability to recognize and act on user pain points
• Available to work during US Eastern Time weekdays
