The Auto Glass Technician will be responsible for the repair and replacement of various types of automotive glass, closely following manufacturer guidelines. You will engage with customers, explaining processes and assuring their satisfaction while meticulously documenting work performed and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and replace windshields and side windows
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed
• Conduct quality inspections before and after work




• Maintain detailed records of services and repairs
• Manage and maintain tools and service vehicle

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; auto glass training is a plus
• Proven experience in glass repair and replacement
• Manual dexterity and solid attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 30kg
