Bragg Creek Education Services Association (BCESA) is seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Educational Assistants to join our Early Intervention team supporting children at a daycare in Banff. As an Educational Assistant, you will work alongside teachers, therapists, and childcare educators to help preschool-aged children reach their developmental goals within their everyday classroom setting. Part-Time:
Approximately 15 hours/week (Monday-Friday mornings) What You’ll Do
Support children with diverse learning and developmental needs within the classroom Build positive, trusting relationships with children Implement individualized learning strategies under the guidance of teachers and therapists Encourage children’s confidence, independence, and participation Assist with classroom routines and activities Monitor progress and maintain documentation Work collaboratively with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Consultants, Psychologists, Education Coordinators, teachers, and childcare staff Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
