Evaluate and draft complex patent applications
Collaborate with researchers and patent specialists globally




Oversee patent prosecution for a large portfolio
Support licensing strategies and litigation cases
Develop claim charts that illustrate patent claims Requirements:
Degree in a relevant technical field required
Must be registered with CIPO and/or USPTO
Experience in software or telecommunications is advantageous
