This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality care standards while guiding a diverse team committed to resident well-being. You will play a vital role in promoting a supportive culture of care that aligns with Yee Hong's values and mission. Key Responsibilities:
Direct nursing care and restorative services
Develop team performance and recruitment strategies
Oversee care transitions for residents
Implement quality improvement and safety protocols
Champion resident rights and health Requirements:
RN with current Ontario licensing
Nursing degree or relevant experience necessary
At least 5 years of nursing experience
3 years in healthcare management helpful
Bilingual in Chinese or Japanese is advantageous Help create a home-like setting for seniors, prioritizing dignity and respect at Yee Hong.
