This position requires over 2 years of experience in property insurance claims, particularly in dealing with complex personal lines.

You will be responsible for thorough claim settlements, primarily via phone, working with property vendors to evaluate damages and apply cost-effective solutions. Your solid communication and organizational skills will greatly enhance the claim experience for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Settling complex claims via integrated phone communication
Collaborate with vendors to quantify and evaluate claims




Maintain high-quality service standards for client interactions
Support high volume catastrophes with availability in evenings
Drive problem-solving discussions with stakeholders Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in property claims
CIP designation - either obtained or currently in-progress
Atlantic Licenses are a plus
