Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef Location: Lake Louise
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef for a short-term contract with a resort in Lake Louise. The position starts immediately and goes until October 15th. Free Food and Accommodation are provided with a competitive hourly wage. If you are a Chef looking for work, this is a excellent chance to live in the mountains for free and gain hotel experience!
Key Responsibilities:
Execute food orders in a timely and efficient manner
Lead by example and promote a positive working environment
Qualifications:
Experience as a Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and the ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
This is a temporary position with a hourly pay rate of $32 per hour. The work environment will be in a hotel setting, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
