We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Early Childhood Educators (ECE/ECEA) to join our vibrant team as casual on-call. Responsibilities

- Support the daily activities and routines of children in accordance with approved curriculum and developmental goals
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote a team-oriented atmosphere
- Implement inclusive practices that accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements




- Support children’s social-emotional development through positive guidance and encouragement
- Document observations and progress notes to inform ongoing planning and reporting

Requirements

- Valid certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE or ECEA)
- Child Care First Aid
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Experience working with children with diverse needs is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
