Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Chat Supportto join our team at our Mississauga office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a fully on-site position at our office located at 77 City Centre Drive, Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow established customer service procedures and communication guidelines.
- Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.




- Collaborate with other departments when additional assistance is required.
- Follow up on customer inquiries when necessary.
- Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service, chat support, call centre, or administrative experience is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
- Comfortable working with computers, web-based platforms, and customer support systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
