'Chef' This is a a vital role at our locally owned and operated business, responsible for preparing high-quality meals in our kitchen. Located in Victoria, this position contributes directly to our mission of providing nutritious, freshly prepared food to our customers and supporting their lifestyle needs.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of healthy meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Oversee food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
- Manage food handling and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in menu planning and weekly menu updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Support catering requests and special event preparations.




- Uphold company standards for food presentation and taste.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership skills and supervisory experience are preferred.
