We have a mission to serve the public interest in Ontario’s health system, ensuring patients receive quality care from fully trained, highly competent, deeply compassionate, and ethically-guided doctors.The Quality Programs Department is seeking a Quality Coordinator to coordinate physician-specific cases across Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement programs. This role requires strong communication, judgment, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate physician-specific Quality program cases, including peer assessments and Quality Improvement requirements.Manage high-volume case activity, correspondence, questionnaires, documentation, and case tracking in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.Liaise with physicians, legal counsel, assessors, and coaches to address inquiries, resolve issues, and support program engagement.Prepare decision letters and other program correspondence for leadership or committee signature.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, team collaboration, and other program priorities as assigned.QualificationsPost-secondary education required; Regulated Health Professional in good standing with their regulatory body is preferred.Experience in a complex regulatory, healthcare, or clinical environment is preferred.Robust written and verbal communication, sound judgment, business acumen,
