You will supervise a team of attorneys, ensuring quality legal practices and compliance with the law. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing educational opportunities for legal specialists across the state. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the appellate representation program
Manage attorney responsibilities and case priorities
Oversee legal analysis and compliance with child welfare laws




Collaborate with the Training Director for ongoing training
Ensure effective processes and practice standards are established Requirements:
Juris Doctorate (JD) and a valid Minnesota law license
Three years of hands-on legal experience in family law
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork
