Engage in managing daily schedules, mentoring staff, and handling cash management while providing essential lifeguarding and teaching support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all operations in the pool area for safety
• Uphold customer service standards and facility appearance
• Fill various roles including Generalist and Pool Attendant




• Respond to incidents promptly and manage paperwork
• Control cashier float and adhere to handling procedures

Requirements:
• Current lifeguard and instructor certifications
• Standard First Aid and CPR credential necessary
• Minimum two years as a lifeguard or instructor experience
• Cash handling skills preferred
• Continuous recertification required
