Join RBC as a Senior ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping Engineer, where you'll enhance IT service delivery through asset automation and dependency mapping. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow's Discovery and Service Mapping solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve data inconsistencies will improve CMDB integrity.

You'll work closely with various teams to convert complex infrastructure data into insights, promoting proactive incident management. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy ServiceNow MID Server solutions
Resolve discovery and mapping issues efficiently
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service alignment
Create documentation and training materials
Mentor junior team members in best practices Requirements:
Robust background in Systems Engineering or ServiceNow CMDB
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery solutions
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery preferred
Certification as a Systems Administrator (CSA) is a plus
