Connect Hearing Canada, part of the Sonova family, is seeking a Customer Care Representative for the Strathroy clinic to deliver exceptional in-person, phone and email service while supporting Hearing Care Professionals with scheduling and file management. You will manage client accounts, assist with third-party billing, and aid with in-clinic device repairs as needed.
