We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead a team of medical aestheticians and cosmetic injectors. As a leader you will effectively balance team development, sales performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will lead a strong multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and will be responsible for both the day-to-day performance of the clinic and the continued growth and development of its people.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing clinic team

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and sales performance

- Provide consistent sales coaching, feedback, and skill development

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate results into clear, actionable plans

- Establish clear expectations and hold direct reports accountable for performance, conduct, and results

- Address performance concerns promptly, professionally, and constructively

- Foster a positive, engaged, and motivated team culture while maintaining high standards

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and client experience

- Ensure operational standards and service expectations are consistently met

- Manage multiple priorities with sound judgment, composure, and a solutions-focused approach

- Support local marketing, community engagement, and clinic growth initiatives





- Identify opportunities to improve team performance, operational efficiency, and overall business results

We are looking for an experienced leader who demonstrates:
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing employees

- Demonstrated success with performance management and accountability

- Solid sales leadership experience, including the ability to coach and develop others
- A track record of achieving revenue or sales targets

- Strong business acumen and confidence working with KPIs and performance metrics

- Excellent communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
- The ability to motivate and develop a solid team while maintaining clear expectations and accountability

- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
- The ability to manage stress, competing priorities, and changing business needs effectively
- A professional, solutions-focused leadership style

- Flexibility to support the operational needs of the clinic

Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or another high-performance service environment is strongly preferred.

Medical aesthetics experience is an asset, but we are also open to exceptional leaders from other premium, client-focused, and sales-driven industries.
