This clinical leader mentors staff, coordinates an interprofessional team, and ensures safe, high-quality, family-centred care in a rapid-paced NICU environment. You will plan, implement and evaluate care needs, oversee staff assignments, patient flow and resources, while upholding AHS values and patient safety standards.
