Major Refrigeration is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our Grimsby service team. You will coordinate daily service calls, dispatch technicians, and ensure customers are kept informed while maintaining accurate work orders in our service system.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HVAC coordination, solid communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Simpro or similar field-service software is an asset.
