Step into a rewarding Field Supervisor role at RWC, managing construction projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Your leadership will ensure labour needs are met effectively and safely. Reporting to the Field Superintendent, this position begins with 2–3 months of training on the Prince Albert Victorian Hospital project, eventually transitioning to the Red Deer Hospital.

Your primary focus will be workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining RWC's high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop positive stakeholder relationships
Enforce RWC standards among site staff
Align workforce planning with project timelines
Schedule crews across multiple job sites
Assist in conflict resolution and discipline processes Requirements:
Education at minimum Grade 12 level
10+ years supervising construction
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling apps
Valid First Aid and other safety certifications
Ability to travel between sites as needed Contribute to RWC’s mission by ensuring safety and quality on all project sites.
