Wellcare Insurance North York Branch is currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Insurance Assistant to join our team.

This position is suitable for someone who is organized, patient, and enjoys working with clients. Insurance experience is preferred, but we are also open to training the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a skilled manner
- Assist brokers with daily administrative tasks
- Help collect client information and documents
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, renewals, policy changes, and missing documents
- Update client files and maintain accurate records
- Support the team with quoting, endorsements, cancellations, and general service requests




- Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients

Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Previous insurance office experience is an asset
- RIBO license is an asset, but not required
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team environment

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
