We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to help keep our technology workplace safe and reliable. In this role, you will support security monitoring, phishing management, incident response and the ongoing improvement of our cybersecurity practices.

What can you expect from a day in this role?

In this role, you will monitor and investigate cybersecurity alerts, phishing reports and suspicious activity. You will work closely with the Service Desk, internal technology teams and our outsourced Security Operations Centre to help identify risks and support timely action.

You will support incident response by gathering evidence, documenting findings and coordinating follow-up actions through defined procedures. You will also help deliver phishing simulation campaigns and cyber awareness activities, while contributing to operational reporting, playbook updates and process improvements.

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring experience in IT operations, service desk, technical support or cybersecurity operations.



This may be supported by cybersecurity study, certification or equivalent practical experience.

You will have a sound understanding of IT operations and cybersecurity concepts across areas such as incidents, access, endpoints, identity, networks, cloud services, common threats and phishing. You will be analytical, collaborative and improvement-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft security technologies would be highly regarded. This may include SIEM, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, phishing simulation tools, scripting or workflow automation.
