Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance including electrical and plumbing tasks
• Log all maintenance activities accurately
• Move resident furniture safely and efficiently
• Support preventative maintenance using computerized tracking
• Address safety and maintenance concerns proactively

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of building codes in long-term care
• Must be available for emergency call-ins
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening completed
• Updated TB 2 Step test within the last year
