ROCK is seeking a passionate Prevention Services Coordinator dedicated to supporting youth and families. Use your skills in child care to develop impactful, targeted prevention programs. This contract position involves working with children and families in the Halton region through the Targeted Prevention Services team.

Your experience in community-based settings and ability to facilitate educational services will be key to our mission. You will collaborate with others while leveraging technology for effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and execute targeted prevention services and workshops
Plan creative programs at various community locations
Communicate effectively across teams for service improvement




Manage client-data using appropriate virtual tools
Ensure compliance with certifications and training requirements Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Child and Youth Care or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of community-based experience
Knowledge of client-data management and evaluation procedures
Must have valid CPR/First Aid and UMAB certifications
Proven ability to work flexible schedule as needed Your expertise in planning and collaboration will elevate the mental health services provided at ROCK.
