Make a difference as a Resident Care Attendant at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, BC. This full time role focuses on delivering high-quality care and supporting resident needs. As a vital member of the care team, you will observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, assist with daily activities, and help create and implement individualized care plans.

Observe changes in resident status and inform Nurse
Provide assistance with personal hygiene and transfers
Support residents during meal and snack times
Carry out routine care procedures as directed
Engage in interdisciplinary team evaluations and care discussions Requirements:
Registered with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Minimum 5 years in a continuing care setting
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience with residents experiencing Dementia
