Role : Delivery Manager Role

This is a Delivery Manager role in a rapid-paced, continuous delivery environment. Teams are organized into PODs that continuously deliver and enhance data products. This is not a traditional project-based role, but the person should bring a strong Project Manager mindset and delivery discipline.

Delivery/PM

- Lead the team from a delivery perspective and drive ongoing deliverables within defined scope and priorities.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and commitments.
- Identify blockers and ensure issues are addressed quickly.
- Connect the right people and keep delivery moving.
- Bring structure, organization, planning, and follow-through to an ongoing delivery environment.
- Keep the team aligned on scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.




- Experience working in an Agile environment and comfortable facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Vendor Management

- Work with vendors at a high level to track deliverables, changes, dependencies, timelines, and scope.
- Coordinate and escalate vendor-related issues when they impact delivery.
- Not responsible for managing vendors' day-to-day activities.

Leadership & Accountability

- Be proactive, independent, and accountable for delivery.
- Take ownership, follow through, and drive actions to completion.
- Hold team members accountable for their commitments.
- Be comfortable challenging and escalating when needed.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
- Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships and connect teams to keep delivery moving.
