Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English; additional languages an advantage.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80,750 to $89,250. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location.
