Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power BI, and enterprise application development. This role will support modernization initiatives by implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, reporting solutions, and ongoing enhancements within a Dynamics 365 environment.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative support and data reporting team to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise solutions, deliver reporting and business intelligence capabilities, and ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

- Translate technical specifications into working system implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and related platforms.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI based on business requirements.

- Analyze complex datasets to provide meaningful business insights.

- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of reporting data.

- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution activities.

- Participate in deployment activities and provide post-production stabilization support.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Provide knowledge transfer and operational support documentation.

- Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams.

- Follow established architecture, security, technology, and development standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and future enhancement initiatives.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

- Strong Power BI expertise, including:

- Data modeling

- Interactive reports and dashboards

- Advanced analytics features

- Proven experience creating reports using Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (F&O;) data.

Preferred Qualifications

- Azure certifications (such as Azure Fundamentals or Azure Power BI Data Analyst Associate).

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Standard business hours Monday to Friday.

- Maintain technical documentation and process artifacts.

- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with project stakeholders and team members.

- Update project repositories, documentation platforms, and operational records throughout the engagement.
