Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Childhood Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners. In this role, you will support lead teachers in implementing educational activities, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring a safe, inclusive space for children to explore and grow. Your energy and compassion will be vital in helping children develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills during their formative years.

Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote curiosity and learning.
- Support children with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and bathroom breaks to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Foster a caring environment by engaging children in play, encouraging positive social interactions, and modeling respectful behavior.
- Help monitor children’s safety by supervising indoor and outdoor activities and maintaining a clean, organized classroom workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to observe children’s progress and communicate any developmental or behavioral concerns to the lead teacher.




- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, ensuring an inclusive experience for all.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and any incidents to support ongoing child development assessments.

Experience

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings is highly preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs demonstrates your ability to provide inclusive care.
- Strong background in caregiving roles that involve nurturing and supporting children’s physical and emotional needs.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young learners.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members while demonstrating patience and empathy.
