About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and knowledgeable Infant Care Specialist & Early Development Educator to provide exceptional care and early learning experiences for infants in Kimberley. This role is centered on creating a safe, stimulating, and responsive environment that supports the unique developmental needs of babies and toddlers. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities, monitoring developmental progress, and maintaining open communication with parents. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of infant and toddler development and a passion for fostering a strong foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, responsive, and safe care for infants and toddlers according to established routines. Implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate sensory exploration, motor skills, and cognitive growth. Monitor and document each child's progress, noting developmental milestones and any concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the children.



Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, development, and any specific needs or observations in Kimberley. Requirements

Proven experience in infant and toddler care, preferably with an Early Childhood Education background. Demonstrated understanding of infant and toddler developmental stages and best practices in care. First Aid and CPR certification specific to infants and children is required.
