Administer medications and oversee safety compliance
Plan and manage resident care meetings and assessments
Educate residents and families about care plans




Delegate nursing tasks to unregulated care providers appropriately
Coordinate nursing assignments for effective care delivery Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse registration in your Province/State
Relevant experience with senior care and care coordination
Exceptional time management and communication skills
Competency in clinical protocols and technology
