The Registered

Nurse will assess and deliver nursing care tailored to each newborn's needs in a rapid-paced NICU. With a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe care, you will work alongside interdisciplinary teams, advocating for individualized nursing plans and family support throughout the newborn’s journey. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and document patient health status
Collaborate on developing patient care plans
Provide family education and support
Execute emergency interventions when necessary
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements:
Current registration as an RN or RPN in BC
Minimum two years’ experience in maternity or neonatology
Certification in neonatal resuscitation
Strong team collaboration and communication abilities
