Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting, and skin analysis tailored to each client’s needs
- Provide personalized product recommendations and retail sales to enhance clients’ beauty routines
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client experience and personal commission revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions,



and ensure a positive experience

Qualifications

- Valid esthetician certification
- Experience with esthetic services and skincare treatments, and retail sales preferred, not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Excellent customer service skills to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out if needed
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty trends and ongoing professional development
- Reliable team player committed to delivering exceptional service in a quick-paced environment
