As a Member Services Agent, your focus will be on delivering top-notch service and managing the front desk operations efficiently. You will guide members through their experience, address complaints, and ensure a smooth flow at the club. Your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities will shine in our vibrant 90,000 sq. ft. community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage daily front desk operations proficiently • Facilitate productive guest check-ins and inquiries • Handle member complaints using service recovery methods • Maintain accurate transaction records during check-out • Assist in club events and cross-department collaboration

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and/or customer service experience preferred • Proficiency in CSI/Daxko membership software is beneficial • Robust skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends
